Anonymous use without sensitive identity data
Free tools need no registration. Do not provide legal names, SSNs / ITINs, passport or green-card numbers, bank accounts, government passwords, ID photos or full tax returns.
How inputs are handled
Credit, screening and report calculations run in your browser. Unsaved inputs remain in the current page session's memory, not URLs, cookies, localStorage or third-party analytics. Refreshing or closing loses unsaved inputs. Credit and benefit inputs, completed Medicare scenarios and the checklist are retained temporarily when switching tools within the site. Only your language preference is remembered on this device.
Optional account and explicit saving
Sign-in uses an email code, not a legal name. Registration does not automatically save finances. Each plan or report save requires your explicit consent; only that snapshot or generated PDF is sent to this site's server. Saved content is encrypted and access is account-restricted. Plan versions and original historical PDFs do not change when rules are updated.
The development preview uses a local server database. Test mode accepts fictional example.test addresses only and displays codes without sending email. If real email sign-in is configured later, the mail service would process the address and code message, not plans or PDFs. Sign-in sets a server-only session cookie for up to 30 days, containing no financial data.
Network access and technical logs
Loading the site requests pages, scripts, icons and other assets. Development or hosting servers may process IP addresses, browser types and request paths. Official external links open agency sites subject to their own policies. No account required does not mean that all data always stays on your device.
PDFs, files and device caching
PDFs are generated in your browser. Download saves to a browser or operating-system location; saving a report to an account requires separate upload consent. The site cannot delete downloaded or shared copies. The PWA caches static assets, not forms, financial results or PDFs. Browser settings can clear site data and caches.
Viewing, signing out and deletion
Saved plans and reports can be deleted individually. My Account can delete the account, plans, reports and sessions. Records remain until you delete them or the development preview resets. Codes expire after 10 minutes; expired codes and sessions are cleaned up on later requests. Signing out clears the current page's plan, not saved records. Clear session data in Help clears only current inputs; delete saved versions separately in your account.
Development preview scope
NextGolden is operated by USIP Accounting. This public beta is for anonymous educational planning with fictional test data. Account saving, real client-system connections, ad tracking and payments are not enabled. For privacy questions or access/deletion requests, contact info@usipaccounting.com. Do not email Social Security numbers, identification documents or financial files. We will review and respond to your request; we cannot promise to delete copies on your devices or copies you have shared. The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process IP addresses, browser types, request paths and technical logs when you visit. Consultation displays static knowledge cards in page memory only; it does not call AI or transmit consultation content.
